An apartment can be reserved on payment of a 1'500 euro reservation fee; this is refundable against the initial deposit for the property only. Reservation payments can be made by making a banking transfer to Balkimo Shpk. Please also be sure to post/ Fax a completed reservation agreement to us, this can be downloaded here.
